Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

 

Returns 

Returns can be mailed to: PO Box 29749 Charlotte Nc 28227. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.

 

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

 

All refunds will be subject to a 5.00% restocking fee.
